Come and share your challenges and triumphs in our friendly non-judgemental group. No matter how far along your caring journey you are, or where you are living, we are here to listen, share and understand.
- Ask questions in a safe place.
- Run by carers for carers so you don’t have to feel alone. Some carers have finished their caring journey but are still very welcome.
- Take some time for self-care to enable you to care for your loved one.
- Have your say about what support you need.

We meet every month via zoom. If you have any problems with accessing this, then do get in touch and we can help you.
