At the end of 2020 Sophie, Leanne and Angie decided to take part in Jog on January to raise money to ensure support continued for all those affected by Pulmonary Fibrosis, especially during a time when COVID-19 has presented many additional concerns and difficulties for so many people.

In completing the challenge all three surpassed their initial targets, spurred on by the generous donations! Angie walked 50k, Leanne walked 100k and Sophie completed a minimum of 21 minutes of exercise each day of January.

Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis is a charity close to our hearts and we are delighted to be able to have raised £1750, in memory of Nicky Gilks, our Sister and Aunt, who sadly passed away of pulmonary fibrosis in 2019
