The Gardner Family did something incredible recently and completed the Tough Mudder South West, raising over £1500 for APF. Angela Gardner, Connor Gardner, his partner Jessica, and good friend Jonathan worked as a team to scale obstacles and cross the finish line having achieved something extraordinary.

Angela’s husband Geoff suffers with IPF, so the team decided to take on the challenge to raise money for two charities close to their heart, Action for Pulmonary Fibrosis and Mind. Geoff was diagnosed with IPF in 2018 and is chairman of the Windsor Pulmonary Fibrosis Support Group . Geoff is an active supporter of APF and also volunteers as an APF Research Champion.

I am proud of them all and surprised how they made it round, my love to them all as I would have loved to have been with them

My dad is an inspiration, that's why me and the team wanted to do something positive.
